1. Release orders to suppliers in time based on production demands.
2. Track and make sure the availability and on time delivery of purchased parts for CMS production from both local Chinese and international suppliers. 
3. Responsibility for inventory levels in his/her scope.
4. Continuous improvement of processes with regards to operational KPIs.
5. Supplier management, complete supplier logistics agreement in time, solve supplier issues in time and escalate risk in time. 
6. On site visits at suppliers to assess root-cause of problems, define and follow-up action plan. Supplier audit experience preferred.
7. Maintain materials master data correctly and update continuously.
8. Improve suppliers’ lead time, increase build program flexibility, balance stock coverage.
9. Organize cross department communication and problems solving.

job requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree. Supply Chain related majors preferred.
2. Very good English skills, fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
3. Clear and logical thinking, strong learning ability, very independent and solution-oriented way of working.
4. Strong communication skills (e.g. for supplier escalation), enthusiasm and teamwork skills.
5. Several years of working experience in the field of supply chain management, purchasing or material management/ material procurement.
6. Good user knowledge of ERP system. Good knowledge of the relevant SAP modules for Material Management preferred.
